Placing an order

Placing an order is very simple and fast : it's enough to send an email to info@divanis.it , indicating :
- name of sofa ,
- version of sofa , and
- leather color and category .

We will send quickley our best offer with our best price

What include prices

All prices include , transport from our factory in Italy , to our deposit in MILTON KEYNES , and the delivery from our deposit directly in Your house-room
All Brexit Taxes , VAT taxes and Custom clearance taxes are included in prices . there are absolutely no hidden expenses or any other fee or cost to pay .

PAYMENT OPTIONS

FIRST OPTION : 2 times payment , Discount 20% on all items
if You wish to pay in 2 times , You have 20% discount on all prices .:

2 times payment is made as follow :
a) 30% payment at the order , and
b) 70% balance payment when sofas is in our deposit in MILTON KEYNES BK ,K11 3HFt.

For this option , we will send You the payment link of STRIPE ( www.stripe.com ) With this link You can pay the deposit and also the balance . ( Stripe is similar to PayPal )
You can also pay Your order with wire transfert directly to our Factory Bank Account in Italy .

SECOND OPTION : Upfront payment through Stripe , discount 30% in all items .
You have 30% special discount for all orders You will pay upfront with Stripe .
For this kind of payment , as mentioned above , we will send the payment link of Stripe ( www.stripe.com ) . Stripe is similar to PayPal .

Order processing

Your order is put into production immediately upon the receipt of upfront payment or deposit.
When order is ready , our transport department will contact you by email or phone to confirm the delivery date.

Delivery

We arrange deliveries through our deposit in MILTON KEYNES .

Overall production and delivery time is normally no longer than 7 - 8 weeks .

Warranty

All Divanis.org.uk products are covered with 2-year full warranty. The warranty can be extended to 5 years at an extra cost of £199.

Our packing, handling and shipping procedures are performed by highly qualified staff ensuring that you receive your order with no damage or defect. If any product is damaged during shipping , we fix it immediately.

The top quality Italian leather we use exclusively from Italian producers , is cured and tanned only in Arzignano and Vicenza, Northern Italy. All our sofas are produced in Altamura 70022 (BA) in Southern Italy by people with experience in sofa production business since several years .
